03 July 2010

2nd of July, almost 4th already.

What's the difference between between 4th of July at home in the states and 2nd of July in the Hollywood Bowl? - Nothing. The Hollywood Bowl, a new era outdoor amphitheater, which seats about 15,000 mammals had a spectacular 4th of July night this night, and tomorrow night and definitely the 4th too. It's all about fireworks, the Home Land and country music peppered by the Los Angeles philharmonic orchestra.

The Hollywood Bowl, do you see what's in the back on the hills?

4th of July fireworks; patriotic!

What's the difference between walking and not walking? Huge! What's the difference between parking your car somewhere and mobilizing your flashy self on to the streets, among other people; Mexicans and tourists (Americans drive or take the escalators hehe)? Huge! So, the absolutely most convenient answer to all this is; get yourself something to get around with. Good pair of sneakers, a bike or something else. I got myself a skateboard and I feel like 15 again! I got it from Rip City Skateboards on St Monica Blvd. The shop's been around for about 35 years, kept all these years by the same guy and this is definitely a place worth visiting in LA.

Last but not least, the priests sure are funny in this country, In-joy:
